Q: I'm not getting emails. What is the problem?

Q: How can I comment on a post?

A: Comments are available for subscribers. In order to comment, you have to subscribe. Once you subscribe, you can scroll down to the bottom of any post on our website and sign in, then comment. If you are already signed in, you should see a way to comment easily.

Q: Can I listen to Nextblue?

Q: How can I directly get involved in Nextblue?

A: Yes, you can get involved by writing a climate and water related story, just pitch us. Unfortunately, we currently don’t have any vacancies in the core team, but please get in touch if this is something which interests you and we will keep you in mind when vacancies become available.

Q: I'd like a refund. What do I do?

A: We'll gladly issue you a refund if you are not satisfied with the product or your subscription accidentally renewed. Just shoot us an email at support@next.blue with the subject line "Refund".
