How to tackle water challenges in Asia?

Today we will talk with Henk Ovink, the Netherlands' Special Envoy for International Water Affairs. He is travelling the world to work with governments, engineers and local communities on innovative solutions for water challenges.

One of the programmes he has launched is Water as Leverage for Resilient Cities Asia. It’s an innovative approach to solve water problems in the coastal areas of Chennai in India, Khulna in Bangladesh and Semarang in Indonesia.

Water plays a key role as leverage for sustainable urban growth and climate action, says Henk Ovink.
